- TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- RATES, HOURS and TURN OVER RATES: If you book Lacy Ink./Artist, but decide at the party you need artist to stay longer, based on availability, artist will charge normal hourly rate. If Lacy Ink. or Artist runs late on their own, you will not be charged. Artists will be breaking down their station when final hour is complete. Numbers MAY be handed out to a limited number of guests to ensure artist will stay on time, to avoid a line, or if party is small. After those numbers are complete, if there is time, artist may hand out some more numbers in small increments or take guests on a "first come, first serve" basis .
- RIGHT TO REFUSE GUESTS:
Lacy Ink./Eva Sowinski/Artists have the right to refuse any guests:
*Who can not be fit in during the booked time frame
*Who are disrespectful to artists
*Who do not understand the artist's rules (i.e. 1 painting at a time per guest)
*If Eva Sowinski/Artist/Helper feel threatened or uncomfortable in any way.
Lacy Ink./Artists do not like to turn people away, but reserve the right to do so.
- ADULT SUPERVISION:
Due to past events, Lacy Ink./EVA SOWINSKI is now informing clients that LACY INK./EVA SOWINSKI/ARTISTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE CHILDREN'S/GUESTS ACTIONS. THE CLIENT WHO HAS BOOKED LACY INK./EVA SOWINSKI/ARTISTS ARE RESPONSIBLE IF ANY OF ARTISTS SUPPLIES/ PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE DAMAGED BY GUESTS.YOU MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION NEAR ARTIST'S STATION AS CHILDREN TEND CAUSE MANY DISTRACTIONS AND DAMAGE SET UP AND MATERIALS. Lacy Ink. and Artists work best if children are monitored and stand back from the artist. They can watch, but talking to the artist takes up not only the artist's time, but your time as well. Lacy Ink. and artists wants to make sure they are there to offer their services and the customers are fully satisfied. Thank for understanding.
*SIDE NOTE: Lacy Ink. artists love answering questions and enjoy customer's conversations, but goes much faster when they can work quickly and quietly. Artist usually conversates with the customer while it is their turn.
If artist cannot find location in time and has called at least 10 minutes before booked starting time and has spoken with "Person In Charge" via phone, artist will make up for any lost time (i.e. If artist starts 15 minutes late, artist will stay 15 minutes passed the booked end time at no extra cost to the customer). If artist calls the customer at least 10 minutes before booked time, but "Person In Charge" fails to answer, artist will leave a message, but will not stay late due to customer not speaking with artist. If artist fails to make any phone call at least 10 minutes before booked time begins, artist is responsible for making up the lost time at no extra cost to the client (i.e. if artist is 10 minutes late, she must make up for it). No money will be refunded for running late. (Artist takes pride in being there early, so you can expect artist to be early and on time with services).
- FINAL PAYMENT:
Please have cash or credit card for full amount of the final balance ready at the beginning of the party during artist set up. This allows an easy exchange, saves time, artist can leave on time for other events. If you ask artist to stay longer, if time allows, please have extra pay with the final balance and have it ready. Again, we DO NOT accept personal checks and we DO NOT carry change.
